Bannock County, named after the Native American tribe who were the original inhabitants of the region, offers various attractions and natural features that make it an ideal destination to explore.
To the county’s eastern border is Lava Hot Springs, which is home to some of America’s most renowned thermal pools, as well as a large water park.
Just to the north of that lies one of Idaho’s major ski areas – Pebble Creek – which attracts thousands of visitors every year.
Then to the northwest is the town of Pocatello with its historic downtown area that offers visitors a one-of-a-kind experience.
